I wish I knew what type of inappropriate picture he posted, I know some of the costumes I see people put their dogs in I'd find wrong

so we each have our own views of what bothers us. The girl is 12, I don't find that too young for a yorkie as a pet. I know quite a few on here have kids much younger, it really depends on the kid. Plus, this is a larger size puppy(from your posts) not a tiny fragile one.
I know you're feeling bad but I think all this advice on just taking the dog will end you up in trouble. Do you HONESTLY think she's being mistreated or is this a regret thing and a money thing(they are expensive). I know you posted just last week looking for a new one.
Honey, I hope whatever happens you and Butters end up happy. My sister had to rehome a bulldog because she couldn't find anyone who would let her stay with them and keep her dog so I kinda know why your mom might have made that decision. How she went about it was TOTALLY wrong though. I think she should have given you the option of keeping Butters and finding somewhere else to live or giving up her and living at home. It's sad all around.
If your really really want her back go and see a lawyer and do it the right way. In fact, a call from a lawyer might make them more able to work with you.
