I'm not an overreactor who tries to stir things up, this is an honest warning because I truly feel that these men were specifically there in the PetSmart parking lot looking as many people bring their dogs in there, especially puppies they just got. Thats is definately scary!! I'm pretty sure that is what they were there for to steal a dog or puppy. Good thing you were close by. I have relatives in that area who have pets too so thx for the heads up. Glad your all okay!!
