Here are some problems I have with Ellie and maybe some solutions for you:
Cries at night in crate...let them sleep with you (just don't take them out of crate/bathroom until they are quiet)
Poops under bed...block it off (yes Ellie did this all the time)
Pees all over...use a diaper or belly band and take outside very often
Tears things up...keep them in a confined area
Goes through laundry...put the basket up higher
Chews on you and bites...say NO and give them a toy and praise

That pup should be allowed to roam more than a bedroom. If your pup can't roam the whole house he needs to be taken for LOTS of walks and have a chance to play outside (supervised of course).
Cocoa used to sleep with me until he would get up and tear up stuff in the middle of the night or pee on my bed! I used to have my bed blocked off with pillows but over time he wiggled his way through; I think I'm going to try a different approach this time and use boxes or something. I will try the diaper idea, will he eventually stop peeing on the bed? I realize he should have more roam of the house but, until he is fully housetrained I don't feel comfortable with it. My mom also doesn't want him on the couch and living room rug so, I will just have to take him on more walks...what do you think one or two walks a day?
