I agree with everyone on here that has said to go get her. It was no ones business to give her away. That Yorkie is yours and you have her info that proves it. Now, buckle down and go get her. Who really cares if you make those people mad? The dog is yours and you did not want to let her go to begin with. Since you basically said she is not in a safe place, then as her parent you need to get her back in your arms and safe. Think of it this way, how are you going to feel if she "accidently" gets hurt? Knowing you could have saved her if you just got the nerve to go get her.
Now, go get in that car and get back up if you need it and go get her.
