In a perfect world, a show quality yorkie would be great to start out with. In the real world it isnt likely to happen. Like I said in the last thread that got closed with my comment, show breeders arent going to sell you their breeding stock. It is like being between a rock and a hard place. My advice is to get the best dogs you can possibly afford and start there. Not all show breeders started with perfect show dogs I am sure. If they did, then I would say they were lucky and the exception to the rule and not the rule.
