Well, pardon me, but i do know the standard. i know it well and was just a few minutes ago studying in more detail. I study the standard every day and try to commit it to memory as best I can. There is not a day goes by that i don't learn something new. it's just like with me being a retired R.N., when i first graduated, I thought I knew more than the doctors but it wasn't until I actually got the hands on that I knew just how little I did know that's the way I feel about a lot of this stuff on here.

Okay..again, I never said you couldn't breed if you didn't show and that you don't know the standard. I said that the dog should at least be evaluated by show breeders and judges to make sure the dog is of quality to breed. Don't you think it would be better to have 3-4 knowledgeable people telling you your dog is of quality to breed, rather than just go off your sole opinion?
