The "joint/knee issue" was something my breeder specified in her contract that should Mia ever develop luxating patella, she would cover half the vet bills for treatment/surgery for the condition or a relpacement dog..well ..no way in the world would I surrender her for a "replacement". However I was very happy with her contract as I belive it's the best one I have seen or heard of. I felt confident in her as a breeder that she would stand behind her line with a contract as good as the one she offers.
