buddy's neutered and his personality didn't change one bit, he's still protective, he still marks when outside on his walk but never indoors. the good thing was it stopped his constant humping that was so embarrasing, the kids soft toys were his main target
we had friends bring their 2 yr old spaniel here last week he's not neutered he went upstairs and peed all over Buddys bed and up my hall wall
Ive had to tell them they just can't bring him anymore plus if they open their front door he's off! but they won't have him neutered because the man thinks its cruel to a male and not 'macho'
I think its worse to have instincts screaming at you to go mate and then always be told NO!
