I'M IN! I am not super overweight, but I want to get my belly, love handles (HATE HATE HATE THEM), and my thighs smaller, but mostly I WANT MORE MUSCLE! I plan on getting down 16 lbs...to where I think is healthier and good for my height...5'10". Good luck to all...this could be interesting!!!
Oh, I go to Curves usually 5 days a week, and the last few days have been doing 75 crunches, 25 each side and 25 regular, and some other little exercises especially for those LOVE HANDLES that I hate....anyone have any other good exercises for those? If I didn't have those, I would be so much more comfortable in a bikini.
Anyway, enough rambling. This'll be good for all I think! I'll try to check in with the thread once a day or so! GOOD LUCK and most importantly, work hard
