hmmm....late night eating huh? I don't know...maybe just drink a big glass of water when you feel the need to snack at night? or even a glass of milk...

if you feel the need to eat...why not eat some fruit? or a bowl of high fiber cereal. something that is not heavy in sugar or carbs I would think would be the way to go. and slowly try to cut out the late night eating all together. the water and milk seems to work for me. if I am feeling super hungry and I know it is all in my head...or it is a bad time to be eating...I down a big helping of water I'm no expert...maybe someone else will have better advice
