Hard to tell from photos but just from what I see and the breaking of the color on the head looks to be a silk coat but could be a modified silk not true silk and not cotton. There is also what we call soft coated which is not a cotton coat nor a silk coat. I would call a soft coat a silk with cotton in it but on the more straight side like a silk coat. But she looks silk to me but again I can't touch it to know for sure. If it's cool to the touch it's silk.
