It doesn't matter, when photos are the personal property of a club or person they cannot be copied and published without the permission of the owner or club. When a person takes photos off of a site and then doctors off the name of the club and invites everyone to use them on their web sites that is stealing and illegal. The photos taken were published with the specific instructions that they were not for copying. Now how much clearer than that can you get? Please don't make excuses for someone that would be so unethical.
