I have an african grey that does that too, he wll call Gracie (jack Russell) and ask her are you hungry I feed pellets he will throw her down a few.
his new trick is he can make the sound of the chain being remove from the gate as if someone was driving in and all labs run full speed to the gate to find noboby there, the look on there face is priceless
