Well then why would AKC respond with this e-mail posted below...I understand that the YTCA only allows steel blue and tan for show and not other colors or variation of colors. Maybe I should say that according to what AKC said in this e-mail, the YTCA permits the use of other colors...may not recognize them as you say, but permits them.
