 color
I had a male who was being shown by my handler..he was in the 9mo to 12 at a Specialty...he had a super nice gold, but rather quite dark saddle. The judge asked my handler if she was sure the color would change and she told him who the sire was and of course he would be steel blue at maturity ..so he won his class..BUT he never attained proper color to suit me and was retired...I figured it made things a bit even for the times my truly blues were overlooked for a black... |
