It surprised me also...I know they don't achieve that until adult hood and I was surprised at the judge who said it too! When the head on a puppy breaks you see white and the judge said he'd DQ it because it's white according to what the standard will say when it goes into affect. AGAIN, I know it's not what the new DQ means but if one judge interputs that way how many other judges will?
