Question Things to know before breeding?

Whenever I take Mr. Biggs to the doggie parks, everyone always tells me that I should breed him because he is so cute and small (only 4.5 lbs w/ teddybear face). He's AKC registered and I think he has from 3-5 champions in his pedigree that goes 3-5 generations back (I'm at work, so I don't have it in front of me).

My questions are:

What tests do I have to take him in for to see if he will be a good stud?
What tests do I have to make sure the female has had?
What kinds of things should I include in a studding contract?
How often do the male and female have to get together?
How long does it take for yorkies from conception to birth? (stupid question, but I can't remember. lol)
How many puppies are in the average litter?
At what age should you stop breeding a stud?
Also, how hard is it not to keep all the babies????? lol. (that will be the hardest part for me)

Thanks in advance guys! I'm in no rush to breed him (eventhough people keep telling me they would like to breed him with their female), I just want to make sure I get all the info I need before I make my decision.

Thanks in advance!
