Good work Kelly, I bet your heart was racing, I know mine would have been. Yes, don't go back there, you've done your share, now let the authorities do their work, hopefully. I don't think it would be a bad idea to notify even a local paper of what's happening, it couldn't hurt. Too bad that we, as animal lovers, can't take out an add in the paper and let others know what's going on. Couldn't this be considered animal abuse. I know, they have shelter, and food and water, but still this just sickens me how any human could do this. Let us know is something comes of this...
