I agree. I had a few threads here two weeks ago because someone found a lost dog on a country road. Our vet put an ad in the local paper, and after it ran once, the couple came forward. This poor little dog had been out for quite some time. If someone is looking for this poor little dog, they will look in the papers and call animal control. You may want to also notify animal control to let them know you have the dog. Good luck to you. You obviously are a good person.
