I would take her to a vet or the shelter to have her scanned for a microchip. I would also call all the shelters in your area as well as animal control to report a found dog. Give them the dog's description and your info so if the owner calls to see if their dog was found, they can contact you. I'd also post flyers in the area that the dog was found. You can also call vets in your city and leave your info and a description of the dog.
