My little Riley had his first trip to Petco....wasn't very thrilled with the ride...but did ok once we got there..until we got him fitted with a harnes collar....but he is getting used to it...he hit the pad today which is a huge step! He is napping with his daddy..
One thing that worries me and maybe its because he is so little (10 weeks) he cries whenever I leave his sight. Even when he is with his daddy...my husband. After about 5 minutes he quiets down...I am with him all this week before I have to go back to work and I need to get him used to being in his xpen. Any suggestions? I will have his crate, puppy pads and food and water in there...and he will only be home for 4-4 1/2 hours a day...I want this to be a good transition for him...
I am pooped! Its alot of work but so much fun! He has met my sister and her son and my husbands sister and mom....and he is still kind of scared of other people...I guess this is normal...?
