To do this you have to fill out a form online, and wait for someone to contact you. I don't know that I want to wait for them to get around to contacting me.
The vet called back, and she said I can take her there, and sign a paper relinquishing all rights to the 'CAT' - She is not a cat, and I told her this on the phone, I even told her it was a YORKIE!! So I am going there now.
