 Double Teeth
My male Yorkie, Samson, had two full sets of teeth. I didn't want him to undergo anaethesia, so waited. His breath was awful with food caught between the sets, so I brushed his teeth daily and gave him plenty of chew sticks. All the extras fell out on their own by the time he was 10 months old. The remaining adult teeth are perfect as is his bite. Good luck.
