I had a little porker too. But see about getting a medi-cal type dog food from your vet and mix it with chicken. The cans can range from $2-4 each. When Toby got fat we did that and he trimmed down pretty good. If its mixed they have no choice but to pick through it but in the process a lot of the dog food is eaten. I know canned food is messy but it works.
