When I was feeling better, I was able to consider other things to help and was able to gradually go off of the medication. It really might help and I strongly suggest that you talk to someone. There are also groups to help those who have lost a loved one. I encourage you to explore those as well.

Hugs Honey...we love you and we care.
Yes, Judy, situational depression is the term ..my heart goes out to you as well, I went through that after my husband's death,

I am finally getting back to "myself" ... got off the meds a while ago .... (they truly served their purpose) and although I know I miss him terribly, I know I must go on. (Easier said that done)

I was watching the families of the 9-11 victims on TV the other day, and saw that they really had a lot to work through ... especially the children. Bless their hearts also.

Your posts are always so meaningful, Judy ... thanks for adding your thoughts.

No one knows the pain of others, we may think we do, but after going through a similar situation, your senses are heightened ...
