Our breeder said that if the yorkie were labrador sized it would be forbidden in Denmark. Of course that was a joke, but if you watch their protective behavior I am sure they will not hesitate to throw themselves at anyone who threaten the humans they love or themselves. And since a child can killa grown man with an unfortunate punch to a specific place on the throat, a yorkie could of course kill a man.
Remember that dogs will turn out the way their humans treat them and yorkies can be evil vicious dogs when treated the "right" way.
