My mom has 2 girls and they get along great. I have 2 boys and they get along great (minus a little jealousy skuffle every now and then) I am just partial to boys! I would go see the boy, you might just fall in love! I think its all about the dog and you connecting rather than the sex. My moms shih tzu is sooo indpendant and a bit of a witch! Her yorkiepoo is a sweetheart though and very attached and loving. My boys ADORE me, my friends think its a bit bizarre, maybe it is, I just find boys to be more affectionate!
