Just like everyone else was saying 12lbs doesn't make him not a yorkie. Ears come in all sizes and usually have to be taped or at least trimmed in order to stand up on their own. Its kind of hard to tell much from your small profile picture but looks yorkie to me, if he is mixed with anything I'd guess Silky, but still high probably he's just a bigger yorkie. Our little guy came from champion parents and has the same kind of tail it sounds like where its just a little longer than the normal docked length and curls up. I thought it was kinda weird at first but now love it! It gives him so much personality
