I don't have them but have done a lot of research anticipating I may need one. Some oral surgeons/dentists can do the implant at the time the tooth is extracted as long as there is enough bone to receive the post. Also understand that the tooth part of the implant is in essence a crown. Crowns may not last forever. You can google dental implants and find lots of info.
