Ow- my heart goes out to u and your puppy. My 10 year old yorkie has been on rimadyl for almost a year for her arthritis. As with any medication, she is monitored closely through blood screenings. So far so good but I am going to mention this controversy the next time I take her in- u can never be too careful with these adorable pooches.
