Quick Q

In alot of recipes I have noticed chicken broth and garlic, but from research my hunny has done for me onions and garlic are toxic! These are both in chicken broth and many other ingredients they say to use. I want to cook for Peanut and give him healthy and flavorful food PLEASE Help
