I am going to call/email her for a consultation for Zoe's diet, who too has major food allergies to basic things like peas and carrots which is found on EVERY food list. So maybe she can put together a well balanced menu for homecooking for us.
It drives us nuts (we feel so bad for her) to see her scratching all day long so I'm sure we completely understand you. Hollistic is the way to go!
