She said that even "if" the rate was 5 percent for dogs, she would still have it done because the risk of not finding your lost pet is greater than these tumors. There are alot of lost pets that come her way, and she has to turn them over to the pound....if they were chipped than they have a greater chance of getting home. Just some food for thought.
