I get a big bag of the frozen tilapia (super cheap), bake at 425 for 11-13 mins - sprinkled w/ a touch of spice - do a bunch of filets at one time, "mush" it up (hand shred) and store in fridge.

Btw, since the fish diet is considered "hypoallergenic", your baby could be detoxing a bit too; plus it's so common to have an adjustment period during big diet changes. Just stick with it for a few more days and see how it goes. Keep me posted!

Oh, also! Don't add the greens back in until the tummy settles - might be better to stick to fish, potato, pumpkin until he settles (and maybe yogurt or a probiotic).
