Nutrical is actually sugar in a tube really. there aren't many vitamins in it so don't let the tube fool ya.
to the OP, don't worry about not eating great right away. make sure you are offering the same food she is used to and only introduce new food slowly. when she's good and hungry she'll eat. dogs won't starve themselves.
