I think this is pretty common. I have some where they wouldn't eat for a couple days or even go to the bathroom. Just encourage her to eat and I would give her some nutrical so she is getting some nutrition. She should start eating on her own once things settle down more for her.

When I brought Tigger home a few months ago, it took me 3 days to get him to eat. He was so scared of everything. After that I had no problems getting him to eat, it was just the transition that caused it.
