The Snoozer brand sits up quite high. The regular Lookouts that fit in the car seat buckle in with your seatbelt, then there is a strap that clips around the seatbelt that has a clip to attach to a harness that you provide for your pup. The lookout seats are designed to provide tons of cushion in the event of an accident and are high up enough where they can look out the window.
