How interesting is this thread...
I gave most of my collections to my daughter when I moved to FLorida. I still collect miniature teddy bears. I am a bit sick of owning alot of STUFF!!
I will buy anything Yorkie if it is different. I collect old and new Yorkie story books.
BUT..my favorite pass time is finding furniture and junk at flea markets, yard sales and on the side of the street and making it new again. I found a bamboo chair last month by a dumpster..and now it is a treasure to own, beautiful....my husband refuses to stop when I see something tossed out..he is embarassed by me. He says.."if you want a chair, I will buy you one"...he totally does not get it.
I found a Yorkie tapestry and made two big pictures from it..it is great fun. |
