My dogs are very finicky eaters and do the same thing... the bad food to them is like McDonalds to a kid... they LOVE it... but its not good for them. I started my dogs on Royal Canin. They LOVE it!!! Its pricey though ($25 for 10lbs) but I have not had any problems with them eating at all.. and no poop or throw up problems since switching either. They were on Nutromax mini chunk previous to that and liked it a lot but I read it was not a good food. Im thinking of going to Canidae if I can find it around here... I think its a TAD bit cheaper and just as good for them!
