I get so upset when I go back their it brings back alot of emotions from losing Shadow.The few times I have been back their it get emotional for me still.

Number one, I would find another vet. Sophie had the same vet for 13 years and going there brought back painful memories. When I adopted Charlie, I changed to another excellent vet hospital and very happy. Although I keep the other vet in my back pocket for emergency.
Number two: Definitely find out why he is vomiting. If it is colitis, he will need more than Pepto. Good luck.
