We just got back from 3 days of camping in a tent. I was suprised at how well Tinkerbell did. You'll have a much better time if you take him, otherwise you'll be worrying! All we took for Tinkerbell was her crate, lots of warm blankies, food (bring a lot, just in case! Squirrels got into Tinkerbell's bag and we had very little left for her!) and water and bowls. Also we brought her x pen that we didn't use and we also brought a 6 foot rope to keep attached to her harness while she swam out in the lake. She found lots of sticks to chew on and bugs to eat. We kept her on the rope 100% of the time. You don't want to lose him while camping! She was very entertained and there was no reason for her not to be there. Why would you not take him? He'll have so much fun! Where in California is this place, by the way?
