I'm sorry, I don't know.....we have never dealt with fleas here (thank goodness), so I just don't know. I know some on here have said that you can wash with Dawn dish soap to get rid of the fleas, but if there is already dry itchy skin, I don't know if that would be good or not?!!

Maybe someone will help you out!
