Perhaps you could contact a Yorkie Rescue group.
Many times they will take your poor baby in and give it the help it requires when there is financial difficulty. I do belive at this point you would have to relinquish your ownership, but if she is in this much pain ... perhaps this is what she needs?
No one wants to part with their loving pet, but to see her in this much pain would literally just kill me and I would do whatever I had to do, even if it meant handing her over to those who could help.
