Yep, were called "porch-monkies" in the south. I grew up in my grandparents home in WV. with a big wrap around porch. (well the front and two sides, but not the back) I use to skate around that porch. We had three swings that I had to manuver around. I had a big porch that was the entire length of the house when we moved to TN. in 1999. We bought two swings and had the porch screened in so we could sit out without being eaten alive. We moved from there and came back to CA. in 2001. Haven't had a porch since, but I don't miss it here because we have a lot more to do now.
