Things do happen sometimes that the papers don't come in on time....one little mistake. HOWEVER, I was PROMISED papers once.....NEVER did get them and NEVER could. Why was it the papers weren't available? If I missed it, I appologize. I'd really like to know. I never charge a fee for the papers.
The papers were not available because when I got about 15 minutes from her house, she called me to tell me that she had to rush one of her females to the vet and I didn't want to turn around and go home since I drove so far so I was told that I could go get my puppy from her husband that I had already paid for through paypal and that she would mail me the papers and the contract to sign because her husband didn't know where anything was. My husband is going to file a dispute with paypal.
