The boys I was able to cooled them down with wet towels, they had been swimming earlier and also had take a full bath at the end of the day.
I live in an extreemly hot area and i make my fur kids simple outfits out of towels and snap closures i wet them first and it will keep them cool for HRs my french bull dogs love them too |

Today again the electricity went out while I was out, but I left the kids kinda wet, and wet towel laying around just in case...good thing I did.
