Well, first of all - thank the good Lord you two found each other! Bravo for rescuing him. As to his weight, my Riley is the same way (I guess he takes after me!) He truly doesn't eat that much but the vet would like to see him drop 2 lbs. (he's 10 lbs). But what bothers me more is your vet saying rather insensitive things about him. I've struggled with my weight all my life and I sure don't want my baby to go through the same thing but more importantly he's healthy, strong and very much loved (which sounds just like your boy). Best of luck on your mutual diets - I'm starting on the same thing tomorrow LOL
