No that isn't a super duper, micro mini, extra tiny teacup...that is what my breeder calls a dinky do nothing.
Isn't that sad...$10,000 for a puppy that should be placed in a very knowledgable home......better yet, the breeder should keep it and not attempt to sell heartache.
