Well, you know how it is. you hear "stuff' on every good line out there. I have looked and longed for a nice Durrer dog for some time. They had some problems a few years back in the line but as far as I know it is straightened out now. Don't ask me what happened. I really don't know, nor do I care because i know that as i researched some of the best lines out there, I found things that have happened in the past. only one or two instances made me shy away from the line as a whole. My opinion is that any breeder with any line can have misfortune to happen. it is how well that handle that, what they do to correct the problem, that makes the difference. oh, BTW, i think this little girl I just bought has some Durrer but it is waaaaaaaaay back somewhere.
