i am 27 so an age restriction does not effect me, but I feel this place seems like a great place for people to come and learn. With any place on the internet, a parent should know where their kid is visiting and check it out. As long as someone is not causing problems, I don't see a problem with them being here. Its great to see some younger people here trying to learn to be the best parents they can be to their little furbabies.
If someone starts causing trouble then they should be gone, but a whole group shouldn't be punished for the actions of one. I don't care what someone's age is, if they are here to cause trouble, they don't need to be here.
